Located in Kanpur, Harcourt Butler Technical University, popularly referred to as HBTU, is one of the government universities established in the year 2016 by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. HBTU is associated with AKTU which provides courses approved by the AICTE. In addition to receiving a recognition from the UGC, HBTU also has an ‘A+’ grade from NAAC.
